Vermont American’s Lifetime Replacement Policy

A Vermont American product will provide complete satisfaction for the life of the product or it will be replaced free of charge. If one of our products does not provide complete satisfaction, please return it to the place of purchase for a replacement.  Products not accepted for return at the original place of purchase may also be sent for replacement to Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, Attention: Product Warranty NCC, 901 S. Rohlwing Road, Unit C, Addison, IL 60101.

.  Products that are worn due to excessive use or products that fail due to abuse will not be replaced.

 

Missing or Damaged Parts

To request replacement parts for Vermont American products that have missing or damaged parts, contact us by filling out the form located on this site. Be sure to include the item number (found in the owner’s manual) of the missing or damaged part. You may also telephone the Customer Service Department at 800-742-3869 between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern time or email us.
